Return and exchange process
If you want to exchange or return goods, please contact our company within seven days from receipt. You can contact us by clicking WTS on the website.
After contacting our company staff, customers must mail out the returned product within 3 days (paying the freight) or deliver it to the store in person.
P.S. The product needs a certain integrity
After the returned products arrive at our store, if the goods meet the company's return conditions, we will arrange for re-sending or refund as soon as possible according to your needs.
